Managing a secondary school means I need to stay up to date with education methods, strategies, and skills. One of the ways to do this is by exchanging with counterparts from different countries. I’ve learnt so much by traveling and engaging with different communities across Europe. To truly learn new skills, breaking away from routine is crucial, and participating in Erasmus+ projects has shown me the importance of gaining an outside perspective.
