I took a bold step by switching paths from biotechnology engineering into full-time tourism to become the keeper of Tranøy Lighthouse, a role completely new to me. I learnt the ropes through hands-on experience and self-study, and now I feel like a more complete person – proof that age doesn’t limit you from learning and embracing a new field.
