After finishing my degree, I wanted to find a job that would give me a sense of purpose, so I joined the Teach for Belgium programme. I trained to become a qualified maths teacher and worked in schools with pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds. Teaching has totally opened my eyes, filled my heart, and changed how I see life. My advice? Trust your instincts and be bold – even if it feels scary, it’ll be worth it!
