I realised partway through my PhD that it wasn’t for me. That sent me looking for more grounded opportunities, which is how I found the WE are Blue Schools Erasmus+ project. Through them, I reconnected with teaching and made it a turning point by improving my blue and green skills to become a recognised Blue Schools and Ocean Literacy Expert. If I could give you one life tip, I’d say: follow your happiness and embrace continuous learning - it’s the key to true success in life.
