| After 20+ years in the corporate world, I decided to become a Professional Coach, Mentor and Trainer. First, I took part in a transformation programme on the job and learned coaching and mentoring skills. I then joined a school recognised by the International Coaching Federation and European Coaching and Mentoring Council to learn more through theoretical and practical training. Coaching sessions energize me, and I'm amazed by its positive and ripple effect. Challenges are invitations to grow and having the courage to invest in yourself, learn new skills and grab new opportunities can be life changing. |
