Since attending vocational high school, I’ve followed my passion for restaurant service and obtained an Advanced Technician's Certificate in hotel and restaurant management. Later, I took a one-year sommelier course to deepen my knowledge of wine. Now, I’m pursuing an MBA in Luxury Establishment Management through a work-study programme with a Michelin starred restaurant. I want to show the world the value of apprenticeships so I’m currently serving as the President of the Best Apprentices of France. I’ve also won several prizes, including being the first French national to win World Champion at WorldSkills in Restaurant Service. I think everyone should consider vocational education. It helps you to gain practical experience and sets you up for success in the world of work. |
