As a new mother, I felt the need to explore career options that would enhance my family life. As part of my professional journey, I participated in the PEIL STEPS for women programme, among other training courses. Now I’m using these new skills to launch my career and shape the life I dreamed of. I’ve learned that if you enter with a growth mindset and engage with others, your community will sustain you on your journey.
