I worked as a cleaner for a long time so I could put my family first, but, at 48, I decided I wanted to pursue something new. First, I took a course to become a clerk, and then, at 56, I completed a Leadership Management course to push my skills even further. Now I’m happily managing a small team as a booking officer – It’s never too late to start your learning journey and pick up some new skills!
