Between battling cancer and becoming a mother at a young age, I didn’t have the opportunity to study, as I had to start working early. After realising I wanted a different career, I enrolled in a software developer course at CESAE, a training centre for digital skills. Thanks to an apprenticeship with one of the founding companies, SONAE, I’m now working in a job I love, where I feel my contribution is valued.
