| I joined the Spanish Red Cross’s youth employment project ‘Aceleradores Go’ in December 2023. I haven’t finished the programme yet, but I’ve already improved my English and learned customer service skills. I think it’ll help me to find a job, ideally involving English. Participating in the Meet the Champions of Excellence event in Brussels showed me how important skills are for society and has inspired me to continue learning to improve my software development skills and English. If you have the chance to take part in training, go for it! As well as learning job skills, training courses can improve your mental health because, when you’re learning, you feel alive. |
