Continuous learning is something I’m personally passionate about. My advice to others is to always embrace skills aligned to your interests. For me, that meant taking on an underwater surveying course which improved both my cognitive and physical capabilities, as well as giving me the chance to upskill in my role as a researcher and help expand my horizons.
