I moved to Estonia from Azerbaijan to study a PhD in food sciences. While studying, I was inspired by an online course from the EIT Campus ‘From Waste to Value: How to Tackle Food Waste’. It helped me realise that knowing the concepts is not enough and that we must also be able to implement and communicate them. Thanks to EIT Campus, I’m a more conscious consumer and I feel better equipped to design, deliver, and assess educational content related to nutrition, sustainability, and food waste management. The skills I’ve learned are not just professional but life skills too.
