As a geomorphologist, I want to do my job as well as possible, so I’m always looking for opportunities to develop my skills. I learn through social media, free training, educational blogs, e-books, printed materials, periodicals, subsidised postgraduate studies, and webinars. I think it’s important to keep my skills sharp to keep up with employer demands, a changing job market, and reduce the risk of losing my job to AI.
