I decided to move away from my corporate career and study for a Master’s degree. By taking part in different workshops and international programmes, I improved my skills as a facilitator and coach. I now work for myself, helping organisations develop kinder, human-centred leadership styles. I’ve grown both professionally and personally. I encourage everyone to embrace change on the journey of life.
