Hugo Dionísio is a Lawyer and research specialist at the Research Department of the Portuguese Workers Trade Union Confederation – CGTP-IN, participating as a full member of several National and European boards related to Funding, training and skills (ACVT, CEDEFOP, ESF+, Portuguese Qualification Agency…). In the past, he served as a Director of the Training Department of the CGTP training institute (IBJC) and is also an author of several articles about training, employment and social rights.
