Although I’m a headteacher, I’ve never felt comfortable with public speaking and used to refuse to participate in conferences. When I decided to coordinate two Erasmus+ projects at my school, I had to overcome this fear. Thanks to this experience, I discovered that I can do much more than I thought, and I’ve transformed my professional life. When you find an obstacle, jump over it. If you don’t try, you’ll never know the talents and potential hidden within yourself!
