As a university teacher and researcher, I’m a big believer in learning and following your passions. I’m particularly interested in batteries and battery value chains, so I joined the EIT InnoEnergy community and deepened my knowledge through its Battery Academy courses. Thanks to my learning journey, I’ve met people from European research and industry, and I’ve even participated in government roundtable discussions. Now, I’m involved in a pilot deployment of the European Battery Academy training activities in Slovakia. Learning new skills can be challenging, but with the right approach and mindset, it can be a very rewarding journey. Just go for it!
