I worked in banking for 30 years, but after battling breast cancer for three challenging years, I decided to change direction in life and enrolled in a part-time teaching course. I’m now in my third year of the course and working at a Museum. Balancing family life and part-time work with my studies can sometimes be tricky, but the change is really refreshing. Changing careers has pushed me to develop new skills and keep building resilience. With my story and work, I hope to inspire others to never give up on their true passions.
