| I always wanted to push myself to learn new skills, but I was scared of failing. One day, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and attended the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Technician traineeship at the co-EU funded Kildare and Wicklow Education and Training Board (KWETB). It was amazing and helped me realise my potential! I learned how my brain works and saw that, if I put my mind to something, I can achieve it, despite being dyslexic. The course gave me so much confidence! Now I work in intel and I have a life that I honestly never would have imagined. Don’t give up because, before you know it, you’ll be finished and you’ll have countless opportunities, as well as new skills and renewed confidence. |
