I work in the state structure in the Special Investigation Service. I’m a disabled person and I’m always seeking to improve my skills and develop myself. I took a course for my role that helped me learn how to react in different situations, solve problems and manage conversations. It’s been really helpful for my role as an emergency call operator and the skills I’ve gained helped me develop, increased my self-confidence and significantly increased my motivation. On top of that the course has given me new perspectives, I see certain aspects differently now and react in different ways and use these new skills in my everyday life.
