I was engaged in aviation research projects alongside my undergraduate and international graduate studies. During this time, I’ve benefitted from having a mentor from the EU Aviation Safety Agency, who helped me build valuable life skills as I progressed from student to professional life. I think that integrating hands-on experiences, such as internships, mentorships, and practical projects into formal education is key to developing skills.
