| For me, work is synonymous with learning. I learned how to use prototyping machines and modelling software on the job and now I use these skills every day to coordinate a team of makers, develop strategies, and establish collaborations. I can learn on my own through reading, but, for me, there's nothing more efficient than project-based learning, which combines individual learning with collaborative sessions. |
