I collaborated with others to create the ‘Crash Course Strong Teacher’ programme, promoting resilience in the classroom, school, and education sector. This development process helped to enhance my collaboration and communication skills, but also to inspire a programme for high school students to explore secondary vocational education options based on their aspirations.
