The Pact for Skills is a flagship action of the EU skills agenda and one of the key initiatives promoted within the context of the European Year of Skills. When you become a member of the Pact, you gain access to knowledge on upskilling and reskilling needs, advice on relevant funding instruments to boost the skills of adults in their regions and countries, and partnership opportunities within our growing community.

Since the launch of the Pact for Skills in November 2020, 18 large-scale skills partnerships (LSPs) have been launched in the 14 EU Industry Strategy ecosystems. Together, they have committed to offer up- and reskilling opportunities for at least 10 million people of working age across the EU in the coming years.

Close to 1,500 individual organisations across Europe have signed up to the Pact and pledged to promote a culture of lifelong learning in their organisations.

The Networking Event will be an opportunity for potential new members to learn more about the Pact, its objectives and activities, as well as the benefits of joining the Pact.

The event will feature interactive sessions where participants can meet with peers, key stakeholders and Pact members to share good practices, exchange ideas and discuss future collaboration. During the event, participants will also learn about the latest skills-related policy developments at EU level as well as the tools and resources offered by the Pact for Skills Support Services.

Potential members can attend short information sessions and for more in-depth discussions with specific participants, book one-to-one meetings.

Attendees will also be able to connect with coordinators of Pact for Skills Large-scale Skills Partnerships and learn about the initiatives launched in the different industrial ecosystems.

The event is online only.
