It was famous not only for its excellent bread but also for his love of technical innovations – he was constantly modernising. I am following in his footsteps, focusing on always improving my own and my crew’s skills. For people like us, involved in food, nutrition, and the health of customers, finding new methods to bring healthy products to the market is key. Combining over a hundred years of bakery tradition with modern trends is not only interesting for customers but also for employees, who are the foundation of a well-functioning enterprise.
