Mr Cabanes Miro is driving the training of young and long-term unemployed people, and supporting entrepreneurs financed with EU funds at EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial), public nonprofit foundation attached to the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism. He is currently the Director of ICT Projects and Digital Economy and Deputy Director of the National Reference Center for VET in E-commerce and Digital Marketing. He graduated from the Management Training Program of the Spanish Ministry of Industry, holds a master's degree in human resources management, and has a diploma from the Program for the Promotion of University Entrepreneurship, Innovative Sustainable Entrepreneurial University at Harvard University's Cambridge campus.
