Restart from skills: measuring and evaluating the worth of our intellectual capital. The Inapp experience

Aim of the seminar is to share, with other Italian Public Research Centres, the methodology and results obtained by INAPP with an experimental project on the measurement of intellectual capital in its various dimensions. A value which, without adequate measurement and evaluation, get hard to manage.
