Advocating for construction SMEs and crafts since 2013, Fernando assumed the role of General Secretary at the European Builders Confederation EBC in 2022. He sits in the employers' delegation to the EU Sectoral Social Dialogue for Construction, contributes to the SMEunited General Assembly, and serves on the Board of Small Business Standards SBS. Fernando is a member of the Construction 2050 Alliance steering group and the Board of Built4People.
He represents EBC in the European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform ECESP and ECCREDI. His commitment to advancing the construction sector is demonstrated through his involvement in influential organizations and initiatives.
