After eight years managing a skills center dedicated to the energy and environment sectors, Guibert DEBROUX has been Head of the Department “Skills & Training, Business Services and Operational Partnerships” at Le Forem (Walloon Public Employment and Vocational Training Service) since 2012. He mainly deals with the design and implementation of products and services in the field of vocational training and employment, as well as with partnerships with education and training providers, professional sectors and social partners. He has been a member of Cedefop's Management Board since 2015 and is a member of the governing bodies of several skills centres and of WorldSkills Belgium. He is currently National Coordinator for the European Year of Skills, representing Wallonia and the French Community of Belgium.
