Professor Johnny Sung is Honorary Fellow, The Centre for Skills, Knowledge, and Organisational Performance, University of Oxford. His research covers: (i) Workforce development with special reference to lifelong learning, training and future of work; (ii) Skills utilisation and measures; and (iii) High performance working linking business models to innovation and 'better jobs'. Before retirement, Prof. Sung was Director at the Centre for Skills, Performance and Productivity, Institute for Adult Learning (IAL), Singapore. His recent publications include Sung, J., et al.
