Empowering older people in the labour market for sustainable and quality working lives

The AGE 2023 Barometer analyses the situation of older people in the labour market and reports on inspiring practices in 19 Member States. In this Barometer, AGE Platform Europe makes recommendations to all levels of governance and to employers on three policy areas from an intersectional perspective: support for older people in the labour market, age discrimination in employment and workplaces for all ages.
