Susan Gill has a background in Higher Education lecturing and research but made the move to the Further Education and Training Sector 6 years ago where she has worked in Enterprise Engagement and Apprenticeship Development. She is currently the Manager of the Green Skills Programme Office in SOLAS, the Further Education and Training Authority of Ireland. Her team holds responsibility for the funding, policy development and implementation of FET initiatives designed to help meet Ireland's targets for carbon emission reduction in line with the Climate Act 2021.
