Tea Jarc is a Confederal Secretary of the ETUC, elected in May 2023 at the ETUC Congress in Berlin.
Her responsibilities at ETUC include dossiers collective bargaining, wage coordination, and implementation of Adequate minimum wage directive; employment, non-standards forms of employment and labour market policies; implementation of the European pillar of social rights; youth, youth employment policies; trade union renewal and digital trade unionism; EU enlargement; changes of the EU treaties; regional, economic and social cohesion policies as well as working with Eurofound.
Before being elected Confederal Secretary of the ETUC, Tea was President of the ETUC Youth Committee (2019-2022)
