Teea Oja is an expert of employment services, adult education and lifelong guidance with more than 22 years of experience in various positions on the field. For the last couple of years Oja has worked as chief specialist in Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment of Finland. She is coordinating implementation of EU funding (RRF) in reform of continuous learning, emphasis on development of lifelong guidance. Last year she has worked as national coordinator for European year of skills, together with a colleague from Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Being a lifelong learner herself, Master of Education Oja is currently working on her PhD, researching employees’ experiences on career guidance services in context of working life.
