Vikas Aggarwal is the Regional Head of Public Affairs for Europe, Eurasia, Middle East and the Americas at ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) . He has over 15 years’ experience in advising governments on socio-economic issues such as technology adoption, future talent development, corporate governance, sustainability, and financial inclusion. Before joining ACCA, Vikas spent over a decade working for the UK Government across security, industrial strategy, international trade, and foreign policy, and he left the government after a period of time as a diplomat based overseas. Vikas has degrees in mechanical engineering, naval architecture, and international business. He is also part of the City of London Corporation’s Socio-Economic Taskforce.
